Reliance Rail International has developed a Project Management Approach that addresses the fourteen elements of project execution. A specific management plan will be developed for each specific project in accordance with Reliance Rail International Project Management Processes (PMP), Enterprise Management System (EMS), and Zero Harm Safety framework.

We can also supply specialized track maintenance plant and equipment, which is specially customized to meet our client’s requirements. We provide operator and maintenance training and ongoing support to ensure that the plant and equipment is effectively used.

Reliance Rail International and our global partners are experienced in the development and execution of integrated maintenance for public and private transport organizations. We understand the requirements of a vertically integrated railway operation and the imperatives of operating a railway network, achieving production and patronage forecasts, safety and performance level requirements. We also combine with accredited rail operators to supply and operate specialist maintenance plant and trains.
